Polysulfide Joint Sealant
DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy.com Product #964 Polymeric Joint Sealant is a two-component
chemically cured polysulfide sealant that provides excellent resistance to
bioactivity and the harsh conditions encountered in wastewater treatment
plants.
Epoxy.com Product #964 Polymeric Joint Sealant cures to a flexible
rubber that provides a watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals,
glass, wood, and other construction materials. Epoxy.com Product #964
is available in self-leveling. Use Product #965
for a non-sag consistency.

Epoxy.com Product #964 provides +/- 25% joint movement in temperatures
as low as -10°F. Epoxy.com Product #964 displays excellent resistance
to heat, ozone, oxidation, sunlight and weathering. Epoxy.com Product
#964 is specially formulated to give resistance to bioactivity and
chemical attack.
PROPERTIES:
Epoxy.com Product #964 has excellent electrical resistance
properties. Typical physical properties of cured material at 77°F (25°C) and

Pot life after mixing is approximately 40 minutes at 70°F (21.1°C).
Initial cure is 24 hours; final cure is 7 days.
SPECIFICATION:
Epoxy.com Product #964 meet the following specifications:
- National Bureau of Standards and GSA TT-S-0227E (1970)
- American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM) C-920
- Jet Fuel Resistance Meets Federal
Specification SS-S-200E.
MIXING:
Mix entire contents of "B" Component into "A" with a slow speed
mechanical mixer for 3 minutes. Mix well until color is uniform. Apply
immediately after mixing.
APPLICATION:
Inspect joint slots to assure that they are clean and dry. To maximize
bond to concrete, masonry, and steel, apply Epoxy.com Product #964 Joint
Primer
and allow to dry. Primer must be used in constant immersion joints. Product
#964 may be poured into joint. If you require a gun grade version of this
product use Product #965.

Product #950 Joint Sealant Primer. Product #950
Joint Sealant Primer is a one component moisture curing primer formulated to
improve adhesion of our Epoxy.com Joint Sealants. Epoxy.com Product
#950 Joint Sealant Primer is easy to use and provides extra
protection in applications where standing water or submersion will be
present. Epoxy.com Product #950 Joint Sealant Primer acts to increase
bond between organic and inorganic interfaces, binding together weak areas
and creating a tough surface.
COVERAGE:
Each 1.5 gallon (5.68 L) of mixed material will fill 346 cubic inches
(5.7L) of joint slot, 115 ft. (35 meters) of 1/2" x 1/2" (12 mm x 12 mm) or
57 ft. (17 meters) of 1/2" x 1" (12 mm x 25 mm) joint slot.
PACKAGING:
Epoxy.com Product #964 is available in 1.5 gallon (5.68
L) units.
LIMITATIONS:
Do not install in damp or wet joints. Ambient temperature should be above
40°F (4.4°C) at time of application to assure proper curing.
SHELF LIFE:
One (1) year
CAUTION:
Repeated or prolonged contact with skin should be avoided; protective
gloves should be worn as a precaution. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of
eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and consult a physician.

conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed
and applied in accordance with recommendations of Epoxy.com. If any
product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will
be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice
of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty
period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of
the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in
its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of
replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative
of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published
specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to
make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain
replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice
containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves
the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to
