Epoxy.com Product #32 Flexible Epoxy is a flexible resin used as an epoxy membrane and as a flexible epoxy mortar. Epoxy.com Product #32 Flexible Epoxy is a two component, 100% solids epoxy used as a base in many Epoxy.com Flexible Epoxy Floor and Mortar Systems. Flexible Epoxy resists cracking caused by horizontal substrate movement, providing a crack resistant, resilient, sound absorbent, waterproof, durable floor.
Epoxy.com Product #32 Flexible Epoxy offers stress-relieving properties for floor slabs that show movement or vibration. Product #32 Flexible Epoxy is excellent for use in areas such as mechanical equipment rooms, large animal rooms and activity centers.
Surface must be clean and sound. Remove all dirt, laitance, grease curing compounds and other foreign matter by sandblasting, shot blasting, or mechanical abrasion. Application of Epoxy.com Product #32 Flexible Epoxy can be applied with brush roller or spray. When spraying back-roll to ensure good contact with surface. Two coats at a minimum thickness of 20 mils each (80 square feet per gallon) is recommended. Do not use in temperatures below 50 degrees F, as cooler temperatures delay hardening.
Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause eye and skin irritation. If contact occurs, wash immediately and seek medical help. Use safety glasses with side shields and wear protective rubber gloves.
All tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels. Use MEK, Acetone, or any lacquer solvent.
