If untreated, this oil may migrate back to the surface to cause a delamination. SURFACE PREPARATIONConcrete should be thoroughly degreased and solvent washed. Create a profile with a wire brush, scarifying, or abrasive blast. As much of the oil should be removed as possible. Surface must be sound. All loose or soft concrete must be removed. MIXING INSTRUCTIONSTemperature of Epoxy.com Product #201 Epoxy Oil Stop Primer - For Oil Saturated Concrete must be 60°F or above at time of mixing. Stir each component separately before blending. Pour Part A into a clean container and add Part B Stir for three minutes with a low speed electric drill motor equipped with a mixing paddle. Immediately begin application. Top-coating before 8 hours can cause some slight bleeding of the Epoxy.com Product #201 Epoxy Oil Stop Primer into the topcoat. For best results 16-24 hours should be given. SAFETY PRECAUTIONSProlonged or repeated exposure may cause eye and skin irritation. If contact occurs, wash immediately and seek medical help. Use safety glasses with side shields and wear protective rubber gloves. CLEANINGAll tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels. Use MEK, Acetone, or any lacquer solvent.
