DESCRIPTION
Epoxy.com Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure Epoxy Coating is 100% solids and specially formulated
coatings for cold temperature applications. Able to cure at temperatures as low
as 35°F. It is has Zero (0) VOCs. Since it has no VOCs, it has no solvent so it
meets the strictest possible standard for a low VOC coating. It is often used in
coolers and food preparation areas that require constant low temperatures.
Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure Epoxy Coating is also frequently used in room
temperature applications to meet super-fast cure, limited shutdown needs.

APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface Preparation is the most critical portion of any successful resinous
flooring system application. All substrates to receive Epoxy.com Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure COATING must be properly prepared. For more

INSTALLATION
Epoxy.com Product #899 Cold Cure Primer is recommended for concrete surfaces. Installation of Epoxy.com Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure COATING is normally spread with
with the "dip and roll" method or a notched trowel or squeegee and
back-rolled with a medium or short nap roller. Care should be taken to minimize
the entrapment of air caused by over-rolling.
CLEAN UP
Clean skin with soap and water. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with xylene or lacquer thinner.
COVERAGE
Epoxy.com Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure COATING is typically applied in two or more coats of 160-200 square feet per gallon per
coat.

Epoxy.com Product #1 Cold Temperature Cure COATING is available in Light Grey, Sand, Old Gold, Mocha, Brick Red, Taupe, Dark Grey, Slate Blue,
Colonial Green, Charcoal, Caramel, Gem Grey, White Sand, White, and Black.
Safety Yellow, Deep Blue, Ivy, and custom colors available at an additional
charge.
